LQ-S49-AC series ultrasonic wave vibrating sieve can convert electric energy of 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz to high frequency of 18K Hz, Then enter into ultrasonic energy exchanger to make it change to mechanical vibration of 18K Hz. Thus achieves the purpose of high-performance sieving and mesh cleaning.
This equipment applies a low amplitude, high frequency ultrasonic vibrating wave(mechanical wave) on the sieve mesh by the traditional vibrating sieve to improve the sieving abilities of micro-powder. It is suitable for the users who demand the high additional value and fine powder.
This machine can efficiently resolve adhering material on the sieving screen. In general, the rate of screen passing can add 5-20 times than uninstalled ultrasonic wave vibrating sieve.
