Product Description

Brief Introduction:
The main functions of this series mixer is similar with the CH-V series. It is widely applied for pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, forage, colorant, electric industries, etc., It has good mixing effect, especially for powder or granule materials with good flow-ability.
The barrel is designed as symmetrical W-type and made of high quality stainless steel. The internal and external walls are polished well with the smooth surface which is convenient for cleaning.
Structures and Working Principle:
The quick-open rotary cap is installed on the top of the barrel which is convenient for feeding the material. The fly-gate is installed on the bottom of the barrel which have the features of good sealing and convenient for discharge. Moreover, the mixer is equipped with time relay which could set the mixing time according to the material mixing requirement.
The hand shank of the rotary cap should be screwed up after feeding the material into the barrel, then set the mixing time. When the time is out, the motor will stop running automatically, then the inching button should be pushed until the outlet adjusted to bottom position. Finally open the fly-gate to discharge the mixed material.
