Product Description

Brief Introduction:
This series crusher set belong to hammer type with the functions of crushing and dust collecting. It is suitable for crushing the medicines, chemical raw materials and foodstuff which have the features of medium hardness and low viscosity. Meanwhile, it is the basic equipment for small batch production or laboratory sample test.

It also has the features of simple structure and easy to disassemble the crushing chamber and cleaning. The whole machine is deigned according to GMP standard and made of high quality stainless steel which make the material could satisfy the hygiene requirement. There is no flying dust during the whole production process which could improve the working environment and increase the using rate of the finished product. The crusher is equipped with silencer which could effectively reduce the noise from the crushing chamber.
Structure and Working Principle:
This series platform dust collecting crusher set is mainly composed of the basement, crushing chamber, feeding screw and dust collector. The material enter into the crushing chamber through the hopper by feeding screw and then smashed by hammers which rotating at high speed. The material itself acquire considerable energy during the high speed motion and impacted from each other at the tooth disc arc, thus reach the crushed effect. The hammers are fixed between two round discs(hammer clamps) by movable joints. They will form radial shape when rotating at high speed due to the centrifugal force. Moreover, the distance between the hammers and tooth disc is very little, so the material in the chamber will be smashed and milled by the hammers. Therefore, the crushed material of high fineness could achieve.

The crushed material will pass through the screen, then flow into the catcher by the rotating centrifugal force. The dust will be filtered by the cloth bag in the dust collector and the dust could be recycle use.
