Brief Introduction:
The barrel of this series mixer applies unique asymmetric structure which could enhance the mixing efficiency. The barrel is made of high quality stainless steel with fine polishment which makes no dead mixing corner inside the barrel. This machine also have the features of good appearance, easy operation and cleaning, etc.. This machine is widely applied for mixing dry powder and granule material in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical and other industries.
Structures and Working Principle:
The quick open covers are installed on the two sides inlets which is convenient for feeding the raw materials, the handwheels on the covers should be screw up after feeding. The discharge disc valve is installed at the bottom of the barrel with good sealing and easy to discharge the finished product.
This series mixer is equipped with time relay(standard configuration) and frequency converter(optional), the mixing time could be set according to the material mixing requirement and realize the infinitely variable speed. After press down the "start" button, the barrel will rotate along the axis direction and the material gain evenly mixed in the V-type barrel. When the time is out, the motor will stop automatically. Press the "short-time run" button to adjust the discharge valve to the bottom, press "stop" button in the end and prepare collect container, then open the disc valve to discharge.
