Brief Introduction:
This series crusher is belong to hammer type which is suitable for crushing the medicines, chemical raw materials and foodstuff which have the features of medium hardness and low viscosity. Meanwhile it is the basic equipment for small batch production or laboratory sample test. It also has the features of simple structure and easy to disassemble the crushing chamber and cleaning. The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel which make the material could satisfy the hygiene requirement.
Structures and Working Principle:
The material enter into the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and smashed by hammers which rotating at high speed. The material itself acquire considerable energy during the high speed motion and impacted from each other at the tooth disc arc, thus reach the crushed effect. The hammers are fixed between two round discs(hammer clamps) by movable joints. They will form radial shape when rotating at high speed due to the centrifugal force. Moreover, the distance between the hammers and tooth disc is very little, so the material in the chamber will be smashed and milled by the hammers. Therefore, the crushed material of high fineness could achieve.
