Brief Introduction:
This series horizontal ribbon mixer is a high efficient and high mixing uniformity equipment which also have the features of high loading volume, low consumption, low pollution, low noise, low broken, running stable, convenient for installation and maintain, etc..
This equipment is normally applied for mixing the powder or granule materials with the features of stickiness or coherence, add liquid in powder or granule or pasty materials. It is specially suitable for stirring paste, viscous or large proportion materials(such as putty, lacquer, metal powder, etc.,). It is widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, pesticide, colorant, chemical, plastic, ceramic, coating, mortar industries. Meanwhile, due to te sticky material is difficult to clean, so it is also suitable for the situations of large output or seldom change material to mix.
Structures and Working Principle:
This series mixer is mainly composed of U-type mixing tank, screw stirring blades and transmission components. The U-type structure ensure the material (powder, semifluid) suffer smaller resistance in it. The positive and negative screw stirring blades are installed on the same horizontal axis that forms a mixing circumstance of low motive force and high efficient. The outer screw blade could turn over the material and push it together from two sides to the central. Meanwhile the inner one spread the material from the central to the two sides, that could produce more vortex during the material flowing and form circulating which accelerate the mixing speed and improve the evenness.
The outlet adopts pneumatic opening gate structure for powder material which have the features of quick discharge and no remains,etc., For high fineness or semifluid material, the outlet will be designed as manual or pneumatic fly gate. Moreover, it could be additional assembled the heating or cooling shell according to the conditions of mixing materials.
