AYFM-1050 automatic vertical multi-purpose laminating machine is a new product developed by our company according to the market needs. It is designed for the current water-based glue model. Host set glue, dry, fit in one, convenient for operators to use. A machine can be used for water, oil, dry coating; it is a new type of coating machinery. The machine, electricity, gas integration of stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance, can be widely used in textbooks, books, calendars, cards, product samples, packaging box molding. It is the printing plant and packaging decoration, professional coating factory to improve the printing quality, reduce the process cost of the ideal equipment.

Directly input the paper size to be processed, stacking distance, machine speed, etc., you can realize the automation of the whole machine operation. The operator can check the working status of the machine at any time from the touch screen;

3. The automatic paper feeding system is equipped with photoelectric control of automatic shutdown protection devices such as paper shortage, paper break and paper overlap, and the edge film and interlayer film can be covered;

4. The heat transfer oil heating system can ensure that the coating temperature is uniform and stable;

5. The automatic hydraulic system can automatically provide stable and large pressure to ensure the quality of lamination;

6. The air rising shaft is released, the film roll is convenient for loading and unloading, and the positioning of the film is accurate;

Pre-sales Service

We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
