Purpose

This machine is an al-in-one solution designed for the collating and bundling of individual sheets of paper, Ideal for use with folded pamphlets, instruction manuals, letters, and other single-sheet materials. It performs a range of functions including feeding, fattening, vertical stacking pushing, compressing, and bundling

Functions & features

· Automated Control System: The electrical system is entirely independent and features a touchscreen and PLC controls. Equipped with four separate dive motors for feeding, stacking, paper table movement, and push system, these can be individually controlled for convenient adjustments. The machine is ready for operation upon powering up and requires no modifications for integration with other machinery

· Automatic Feeding: This machine employs a high-performance automatic feeder that accommodates various folding styles, ensuring a smooth and orderly feeding process.

· Compression and Flattening: Utilizes an elastic compression mechanism to flatten and solidify the fed papers, allowing for air expulsion and further flattening.

· Vertical Alignment: The machine ensures that papers are vertically aligned and stacked through a rotating drum.

· Count and Mark Function: It comes equipped with a counting feature that also allows for preset marks on specified numbers of sheets

· Automatic Stacking: The machine can automatically push the vertically stacked papers to the compression station, reducing the manual labor involved in paper handling and providing a buffer to accommodate the stacking time.

· Compression for Quality: The auto-fed papers are compressed to ensure a tighter spine, positively impacting the quality of subsequent processes.

· Bundling Options: After compression, the papers can be bundled using PU straps or optionally with rope, fulfilling all requirements for paper bundling.

· Highlights: The machine is versatile in structure and can handle different folded sheet sizes for vertical stacking. It features adjustable speed controls for rapid operation and ease of use.

Pre-sales Service

We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
