LQ-TL-1080RD/930RD vertical automatic hot foil stamping die-cutting machine is designed for meet the domestic of foreign customers hot foil stamping, die-cutting, embossing, indentation process.
LQ-TL-1080RD/930RD has the advantages of simple operation, accurate positioning, safe and reliable, low investment and high return. it is the ideal equipment for small and medium-sized enterprises to make high-grade and exquisite smal-volume printed materials.
LQ-TL-1080RD/930RD is composed of four parts: main motor, hot foil stamping, auto feeder and electric equip.The working process of the main engine is driven by the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism for the reciprocating motion and the pressure adjusting mechanism with the completion. in the host, the installation of hot foil stamping mechanism and automatic feeder after the connection, you can perform automatic feeding - die-cutting/ hot foil stamping - peel - the collection of the work cycle.
Electric control box uses advanced PLC control system, the main components provided by the famous foreign companies,including stamping foil action by four groups of servo motor control.
Main Features
1. The machine was converted into a machine that it can walk foil left and right,up and down.
2. Feeding adopts cylinder to separate and merge.
3. Adjust the pressure adopts servo motor driven,it can be adjusted on the touch screen,and it can fun-tune,it also can adjust without stopping the machine.
4. Lubrication adopts oil pump,the oil can be recycled filter and use.
5. The main motor adopts alternating current inverter control,starting and braking adopts pneumatic clutch device so that the machine can be operated in any case freely, and more secure.

Pre-sales Service
We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.
In-sales Service
The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.
After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
