EQUIPMENT FEATURES

o This is a powerful high-speed spot/full UV coating equipment. It has the dual characteristics of being applicable to both water-based and UV coating, which can fully meet various coating requirements. It is suitable for spot or full coating operations using rubber blankets or flexible resin plates as the printing plates. The machine adopts a swing-down structure to complete the paper transfer work, making the paper handover more precise and efficient. When performing spot coating, the registration is accurate, the coating is even, and there is no ink squeezing phenomenon. It is used for the spot overprinting or full coating of the texts and patterns on various printed products such as books, advertisements, color boxes, films, and high-end packaging, which can protect the surface of the printed products and enhance their aesthetic appeal.

o This equipment adopts a swing-down paper transfer structure. After printing, the printed products are placed on the high-temperature- resistant Teflon mesh belt by the paper gripper bars for curing and paper feeding. It can achieve high-speed production at a speed of 8,000 sheets per hour, and its efficiency is more than twice than traditional coating machines.

FLOOR PLAN

1.Feeding System

o The feeder adopts a high-speed feeder head with four pick up and four feeding suckers. It is a highly efficient paper feeding. Its unique maintenance-free design endows it with stronger and more stable paper feeding. While running at high speed, it can ensure that each sheet of paper is accurately and swiftly transported, significantly reducing errors and delays during the paper feeding procedure.

o It can be equipped with a shaftless drive mode, which breaks away from the limitations of the traditional shaft system. This makes the paper feeding more smoothly and reduces the mis-feeding caused by mechanical wearing. At the same time, this technology also enhances the adaptability of the equipment to different paper specifications and materials. Whether it is thin paper or thick cardboard, the paper feeder can handle them easily. This paper feeder has the advantages of simple operation, low maintenance cost, stable and reliable performance, etc.

2.Coating System

o The left and right side lays adopt a bearing-type design, which is convenient to adjust and provides precise positioning. Meanwhile, it has the function of fine adjustment left and right.

o The front lay features an independent and adjustable design. It allows for fine adjustment of the front lay during the production process, which greatly facilitates the registration of spot UV.

o The lubrication system of the main machine adopts a rain-falling type lubrication method. It doesn't require special maintenance. When the

lubricating oil in the main machine's oil circuit is insufficient, the system will automatically alarm and stop the operation of the main machine.

o The equipment transmission utilizes a high - strength external helical gear structure, which has the advantages of low operating noise, simple maintenance.

o The coating roller has a ceramic anilox roller with a closed - type doctor blade system. This combination enables precise control of the amount of coating material, effectively reducing the splashing of consumables. (A rubber roller + steel roller structure is optional.)

o The equipment is equipped with all imported bearings and chains, ensuring more stable operation of the entire machine and enhancing its durability.

o Safety protection devices are configured in multiple locations, effectively ensuring the safe operation of the machine by operators.

3.Drying System

o The UV drying equipment is consist of three pull-out type UV mercury lamps, which can quickly cure the UV varnish and make it more convenient to replace the lamp tubes.

o The control system adopts the full-computer stepless curing technology. The power of the UV lamps is automatically matched with the machine speed, so as to achieve high efficiency and energy conservation.

o An automatic temperature control device is installed inside the lamp cover. If the temperature exceeds the value set by the system, the lamp group will be automatically turned off to avoid damaging the lamp cover due to overheating.

o The Teflon conveyor belt has an automatic deviation correction function. If the deviation exceeds the limit, the system will automatically activate the protection and stop the operation of the belt to prevent damage the belt.

o The system is equipped with an IR drying lamps, which is consist of 36 IR lamps and is controlled separately in two groups, and it is used for drying water-based consumables.

o Conveyor belt with vacuum system, which can ensure the high-speed and stable running of the paper.

o Safety: The curing section is equipped with a paper jam detecting device. If paper jams occur during production, the system will automatically activate the protection function, stop the paper feeding and curing systems to ensure production safety.

4.Delivery System

o The pneumatic flapping device is easy to adjust, ensuring smooth and neat paper collection. o It is equipped with cooling fans and air-conditioning cooling device is optional.

o The pneumatic slow down device can reduce the running speed of sheets on stacker

o It is equipped with sheets counter, which can count the production quantity and can be manually reset. o The pneumatic sampling device makes the sample pick up operation safer and simpler.

Pre-sales Service

We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
