CTS laser plate making machine directly reads the data file,can read the format 1-bat tiff,and convert it into an image to be exposed and imaged by laser head projection.The front and back processes are fully compatible with traditional processes,and are suitable for printing,decals,packaging,and PCB,Label and signage,automotive glass,home appliance glass,home appliance glass,electronic glass,decoration and other screen printing industries.

                      

2.Digital imaging technology

Use TI' s graphic generator-digital micro-mirror device(DMD) chip to generate digital images.DMD consists of 800,000 or 2 million micro-mirrors,which can ensure clear and sharp square dots within the DMD spot range.

 

3.High Resolution

The optical resolution of 1270dpi,it is easy to add screen to 133 lines of precision,to achieve high-fidelity effect of dots.The 2540dpi optical resolution can not only show high-definition curves,but also perfectly show FM dots.

Do printing can achieve 133-line four-colour screen production,with a smooth gradual change of density above 3%.

4.Excellent laser penetration ability

Excellent laser penetrating ability,providing 15w,20w,25w laser power for choice,can penetrate solvent type 120μm and water-based thick film plate 220μm,suitable for special screens,such as carbon oil,water film for screen production.
