Description

This machine can slit whole sheets into specified specification, then piling up and punching them, ensure the front and back print sequence is unchanged. It's used for auto processing of playing cards or other cards, and instead of manual operation with high efficiency, so it is an ideal equipment for slitting in cards' industries.

1. Slitting & collating system
   1. 1. This machine can process single or double playing cards with wide rang of format, and the blades can be easily adjusted.
      2. The waste edge is only 6mm in width.
      3. Adopt separated conveyor and multi-collating sites, ensures high efficiency.
      4. Using special slitting structure with point-connection way, so that the slitting precision can be achieved ±0.2mm
      5. The playing cards are transferred by up and down O-belts, and servo system control collating to ensure the playing cards is not disordered between every deck and every card.
      6. The feeding motor is form CPG of Taiwan. The universal joint is imported from Japan. The belt, bearing, chain and other key parts are supplied by the domestic famous brand.
      7. The electric components are supplied by the world leading manufacturers, including IDEC and OMRON of Japan, DELTA of Taiwan, SHINALDE of German, which ensures the machine runs safely with high speed.

 

1. Punching system
   1. Controlled by PLC system, which ensures auto die-cutting of single or double playing cards.
   2. Double-sides jogger ensures the high precision which make the waste edge is only within 0.75mm.
   3. Adopt SIMENS brand oil pump and all of hydraulic components are supplied by the domestic famous brand Huade.
   4. All pneumatic components are supplies by SMC of Japan, which ensure the machine runs stably, reliably as well as safely with high speed.
   5. The waste edge can be take away centered, to keep clear sites.

Mechanical structure 
The automatic card slitter is divided into four parts according to the structure: the paper feeding part, the main machine part, the paper receiving part, and the automatic corner cleaning (the automatic corner cleaning is used by the Angle cutting machine and the automatic slitter machine online).
1.To the paper
The main function of the paper feeder is to transmit a whole sheet of paper continuously to the main machine.
It mainly includes:
1). Feida
Feta is an important part of the paper feeder, the role is to separate the top sheet of paper from the rest of the paper, forward      delivery.
2). Dual controller
Function of double-sheet controller: When Feida transmits two or more sheets of paper forward at a time, the detection wheel    rotates, the proximity switch cannot detect the wheel, the electric bell rings the alarm, and the equipment stops running.The man-machine interface displays double sheets.(Note: the bearing is in contact with the pattern roller, and the distance between the test wheel and the bearing should be greater than the thickness of one sheet of paper and less than two sheets of thickness)
3). The wheel
Two point wheel pressure is adjusted to the same, and the position of the paper to be symmetric.Point wheel lift, pressing time can be achieved by adjusting the point wheel CAM.
4). The flap
When the paper feed nozzle suction paper began to forward delivery, the plate began to tilt forward, the paper is sent to the pattern roller, the plate back, stand up.
5). Inclined roll steel ball
Their function is to carry the paper forward and keep the paper close to the rules
6). Hold the paper steel sheet
Press the uneven paper flat, so that the paper smoothly into the rubber roller.
7). The rules
In the ideal state, the paper is rectangular, the drawing edge before and after the same size, the two ends of the rule from the paper arm is the same distance, that is, the rule and the paper feeding roller into 90 degrees.

2.Host department
The main function of the host department: cut the paper for the first time and remove two waste edges.
1). Paper glue roller
Send paper tape roller cut into a groove, is to fully expand the uneven paper, flat, and do not wrinkle. When adjusting the paper delivery roller, pay attention to the same pressure at both ends, and relatively light. When the pressure is inconsistent, the paper will swing the edge to the heavier pressure side. At this time, just adjust the screw on the slider at both ends of the rubber roller, and the right-handed pressure of the screw will reduce the left-handed pressure and increase.
2). Cut the knife
A split knife is divided into two kinds, namely, flower knife and light knife.
3). The adjustment method of the rubber roller is consistent with the tape roller.

3.Receive paper
The main function is to double divide the paper and cut through the open tape roll and the round tape to collect the sheet poker neatly into the box.
1). The function of the inclined roller is the same as the inclined roller of the paper feeder, and the paper gradually adheres to the rules.
2). The paper glue roller is made into a groove, the paper can be flattened, and the paper is transported forward, the pressure at both ends of the glue roller is consistent, and slightly light, hexhexagonal screw at both ends, the right hand pressure reduces the left hand pressure increase.
3). Rules should be parallel to the wall board, that is, the rules and the paper glue roll into a right Angle.
4). Split knife: Here all the split knife are light knife, and the adjustment method and precautions are the same as those of the main engine part.
5). Pull open the rubber roller: the adjacent two poker through the two rubber roller speed difference, the pressure at both ends of the rubber roller is consistent, and heavy, if there is no pull open phenomenon: The first reason is due to the rubber roller pressure, both ends of the hand wheel right can .The second reason knife cut too shallow The third reason individual knife is broken.
6). Collection: Send playing cards to the box through the control of round belt, cylinder and servo motor.
4.Automatic clearing Angle
1). Push the card cylinder to push the card from the card box to the slot box.
2). After the cylinder pushes the card into place, the hydraulic cylinder begins to work and press down.
3). The working stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled and adjusted by the upper and lower limit two proximity switches
4). Paper cylinder: After the cards are pushed from the card box to the trough box, the paper cylinder will work and the cards will be aligned
5). When the hydraulic cylinder is pressed down, the up and down action cylinder will push the plate up, at the same time push the cylinder back, in place, push the plate down.
6). The tunnel size should be the same as the poker size.
7). The hydraulic pressure is adjusted to 8--9 kg/cm2

Technical characteristics

Our Services

Pre-sales Service
We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service
The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
