Product Introduction

The automatic paperboard laminating machine is the latest product produced by our company, for pre-coated film lamination. The whole machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, PLC centralized control, and human-computer interactive operation interface, which can realize the full-line automation of paper feeding, lamination and paper breaking, increase lamination speed while ensuring lamination quality and controlling energy consumption.

Configuration instructions

1. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, stable operation;

2. Non-stop paper feeding and lamination speed is fast, and it adopts frequency conversion motor control;

3. The temperature module controls the temperature regulation;

4. Automatic cut-off all-in-one machine;

5. It adopts 7-inch color touch screen for easy operation. The operator can check the working status of the machine from the touch screen at any time;

6. High-precision hard chrome-plated mirror heating roller with built-in heat transfer oil heating enables high-speed start-up and heating in 10–15 minutes, while heat recycling saves a lot of energy and has excellent thermostatic performance;

7. The air rising shaft makes it easy to load the film, and the film is precisely positioned by the scale of the gas rising shaft. At the same time, the tension adjustment system is easy to control the tension of the film and improve the lamination effect;

8. The computer's one-key single-change technology makes its cardboard of different thicknesses more accurate and faster pressing adjustment.

Our Services

Pre-sales Service

We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
