The automatic ultrasonic pyramid tea bag packing machine is a new type of ultrasound sealing packing machine, which has multi-function can automatically packing tea or other herbs into pyramid / triangle shape tea bags with outer envelop, avoiding hands directly contacting with stuff materials, improving the efficiency.
The packing material can be made of nylon mesh, with or without thread & tag, with envelop outside.
The advantages are photoelectric location for the tag, adjustment to the need of the content, length of tea bag. The dimension of pyramid tea bag decided by the packing film size, there are 120mm, 140mm, 160mm raw material optional.

- Electric scale weighing, accurate, and widely suitable for different products, both big and small size products.
- Ultrasound sealing for inner tea bag, envelop heat sealing, with good sealing effect.
- Pyramid / triangle shape tea bag and rectangular shape tea bag optional, and can be changed from touch screen, and the envelop can be 3 side sealing bag or pillow sealing bag.
- PLC control, servo motor driving, parameter change from color touch screen, inner and outer packaging connect by conveyor.
- High automation level and save labor cost, the machine able to finish all the work of tea bag making, tea electric scale weighing, tea filling, or outer envelop adding automatically.
- Auto counting function, able to know batch number.
- Machine construction according to CE regulation, it is quite safe.
