Single facer

The bearings of corrugated rolls and press rolls are lubricated by high temperature lubricating grease.

Surface of gluing roll is embossed with netting design and chrome plated.
The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo with grinding process and induction hardened with hardness of HRC56-60.

Single facer

Pre-heater

Gluing machine

High precision engraved applicator roll ensure ever gule application and less glue consumption.
Auto-circulating glue feeding system is applied to avoid glue depositing.
The preheating device speed up glue gelling and create a stronger glue bond.
Press roll and spring pressure plate are applied as the paper pressing device.
Electric adjustment of the figure display of the glue amount. Manual adjustment of the glue feeding.

Double Facer baker

Grounded surface for the hot plate.
Dense press roll are applied , press plate is optional, motorized lifting or lowering as a whole, hydraulic lifting or lowering system is optional.
Sectionally or integrally pressing according to the number of plies.
Manual deviation-correcting device is equipped for the lower cotton belt.The upper cotton belt is equipped with automatic or manual deviation-correcting device and pneumatic tension device.
Dense suspended press rolls are applied to the cool system, oil-immersed seal driving.
Rubber-wrapped drive roll longer use of the cotton belt.
