It has self-diagnostic function of troubles and displays the operating pattern, and has 300 program units, over 30000 different cutting positions, dynamic display of cutting and running, dynamic tracking,max feeding speed 8-30m/min. Powerful computer operating system with more functions and it can store and memorize things.The storage time can be up to 300,000 hours with self-maintenance of the operating system. Hydraulic components are adopted from Italy, electrical components from France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Taiwan ball lead screw, Linear double guide rails, PLC control system are adopted to monitor all mechanical implementation, Its key parts adopt imported bearing of low maintenance.

"UPG" program control paper cutter has the features beautiful and standard appearance, high using, good quality, stable struc-l ture, fast cutting speed, high precision. It is used to cut all kinds of packing and printing paper, grey board,cardboard,PS board, PPC thin plate, packing cloth, kraft paper, glasine, books, leaflets,cards etc, also can be used to cut all kinds of leather, artificial plastic film, celluloid and foils ect.

A. Ball lead screw and linear guide-rail makes paper impeller run smooth, low noise, accurate positioning, enhance the cutting precision and speed greatly, prolong the service life of paper cutter.

B. The working tables are all chrome-plated and equipped with air balls, the paper impeller easily and rust-proof. Remarks: Large side working table(1000*800mm/1000*1200mm) is optional.

C.IR photoelectric protection, buttons by two hands safety devices.

D.Safety device for knife bed, overloading protection for cutting, automatic return safety device.

Pre-sales Service

We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
