1.Highly efficient data processing and robust inkjet control system. File upload -> camera register -> Al file edit -> RIP processing -> add printing jobs ->Inkjet printing, done.
2.Basic setup extension. You can choose single pass high speed mode or scanning mode to meet different production and process requirement.
3.Wide range of substrates. Applicable material weight 80gsm-600gsm, with dierent substrates such as paper.plastic
metal etc.
4.Four-camera registration system. The file can be tuned in X, Y, Z direction with precision of ±0.15mm.
5.High speed or high thickness. In high-speed mode, the production can reach 3000 sheet/hour while in low-speed mode, the thickness can reach 1-2mm. For permeable material, primer is not required.
6.Spot UV and foiling can achieve fine lines pattern. The lines and gap can reach 0.lmm, clear and solid, good 3D effect.
7.The suitable heads and UV varnish ensure of stable performance and embellishment quality.
8.Negative pressure and ink supply system on basis of PLC. Professional sensor and controller, quick response, high control precision (±0.01KPA) , ensure of long lifespan, lower down the ink supply variation, help to deliver stable printing quality with as low affection as possible.

Pre-sales Service
We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.
In-sales Service
The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.
After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
