Product Description

Brief Introduction:
This machine is specially designed for processing fruits and vegetables foodstuff. It is widely applied in restaurants, canteens of large-enterprises and food factories etc., It could grind the raw materials into particles or muds such as garlic, ginger, fresh pepper, various fruits and vegetables, etc..
Working Principle:
This machine is composed of material barrel, crushing knives, sealing components, frame, motor, drive shaft, etc., The motor is fixed in the frame and the drive shaft which stretch into the material barrel is directly installed on the motor shaft. There are two pieces of blades installed as X shape on the top of the drive shaft which could reach the effect of no dead conner and improve the crushing efficiency.

The blades are made of high quality stainless steel which have the outstanding features of sharp edges, hard body and durable due to the heating treatment. The sealing components between the drive shaft and material barrel are made of silicon rubber which have the features of non-poisonous, non-pollution, good sealing property and no leakage phenomenon.  
  
Before running the machine, first poured the raw materials into the material barrel and feed moderate water, then close the top cover. Starts the motor and the blades rotate at high speed, the raw materials will be grinded into particles and then be muds if keep running. After working, open the top cover and poured out the finished products by tilt the barrel with a definite angle. Finally, wash the material barrel by clean water.
