Brief Introduction:
This machine is specially designed for oily materials grinding with the features of easy operation, low noise, high output etc., It overcome the design defect that the oily materials will produce large quantity of oil when being crushed which block up the chamber and finally lead to the machine stop running.
This machine successfully fill the blank of this kind of grinder in domestic market, the technology also reach the international advanced level. It is applied for the oily materials such as sesame, peanut, almond, cocoa bean, coffee bean, rapeseed etc..
Working Principle:
The raw materials enter into the rollers grinding area through the feeding hopper, the materials gain the grinded effect by several times squeeze of two sides rollers. The first group of rollers are called coarse grinding rollers which squeeze the bigger granules of regular shape into smaller granules of non-regular shape. The second group of rollers are called fine grinding rollers which squeeze the smaller granules into the product with fineness around 40 mesh.
The machine could plus more groups of grinding rollers to satisfy the finer product (maximum 4 groups of rollers in one machine). Different fineness of product could be satisfied by adjusting the distance of two rollers with hand wheels. The grinded product are discharged through the outlet hopper and then collected by the operator.
