Product Description

Brief Introduction:
This machine is widely applied for crushing dry and fragility materials in 
pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industries, etc.. But the material with the features of low softening point and high stickness is not suitable for this series crusher.
The whole machine is strictly design according to"GMP"Standard. The parts which contact with the material and the frame all all made of high quality stainless steel, thus has good corrosion resisting. The chamber inwall is glossy and smooth.
Also this machine have the features of simple construction, sturdy and durable, easy cleaning and maintain, high capacity, stable operation, etc..
Working Principle:
The flexible disc which has three rounds of stainless steel teeth is fixed on the spindle. The fixed disc which has two round of stainless steel teeth is installed on the chamber's door. The stainless steel teeth on these two discs are arranged in crisscross pattern. When the spindle is rotating at high speed, the flexible disc runs as well, the material is thrown to the gap of the teeth. The material gains the crushing effect according to the requirement under the multi-force of impacting, shearing, friction which produced between material and teeth, also the material itself.  
The finished product will fall into the collecting bag through the outlet after pass the screen in the chamber and the unqualified material will continue being crushed. The fineness of the finished product could be adjusted by changing the screens with different mesh size.
