LQBS-420Spiral Punching and Binding Machine
Spiral punching and binding machine is suitable for large-scale production of spiral books, magazines and other printed materials. The equipment integrates multiple processes such as automatic layered punching, automatic paper core arc, and spiral forming, looping, hooking, bending, which greatly improves the production efficiency of spiral binding.
G-type back hook scissors can be selected to produce high-end book.
It can be used for binding medium and thick books, and the max binding thickness can be up to 20 mm.
It's used in the production of hard cover volume which the binding cover larger than the inner core.
Use
This product is widely used in notebook, photo album, calendar, such as loose-leaf binding, a package of double coil as binding material, can automatically complete the refund, length, cut, press circle, circle, notebook output process, such as reducing operation link, reduce the labor intensity.
