Functions & features

· The machine features a gantry-type paper table with vertical adjustment and an automatic feeder. It employs a mixed folding system combining a four-grid folding method with three folding knives. When operating in the four-grid folding mode, the folding types available are parallel fold, accordion fold, and roll fold. When using a combination of grid and servo-controlled knives, it performs a vertical mixed four-fold. The complete machine is configured for 32-page proper/reverse folding and comes standard with a booklet collector.

· Intelligent Control System: The electrical system utilizes imported components and control systems. A PLC (programmable logic controller) manages the operation, while a variable frequency drive regulates speed. The folding knives are driven by imported servo motors and drivers, ensuring high precision and simple maintenance.

During operation, the machine monitors for double feeding and paper lams. Faults are displayed on the human-machine interface via an operator dialogue terminal, simplifying operation and accommodating various paper types within its operating range.

· Fault Detection and Protection: The paper feeding system has double-feed detection that automatically stops feeding when a double-feed is detected. If a paper jam occurs in the grid or at the folding knives, the fault detection system will automatically halt the machine.

· High-Speed Feeder: The machine is equipped with a newly developed high-speed feeder that ensures stable paper suction at a high frequency.

· Threaded Folding Rollers: The folding rollers use imported polyamide adhesive strips combined with specially manufactured steel threaded rollers, his design offers durability comparable to imported rollers and increases the paper gripping area by 75% compared to traditional straight-thread rollers.

Pre-sales Service

We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
