Functions & features

· Automatic three-knife book trimming. By adjusting the size of the book pusher, selecting the appropriate cutting table base template, and adjusting the size of side knives, the book is pushed into the cutting table and automatically trim the two sides. Then the book is sent to the conveyor belt to be further trimmed and completed.

· Automatic template adjustment: Simply input the book's length, width, and height into the computer and initiate the adjustment process by pressing the corresponding button. The machine will automatically calibrate itself to the desired size.

· Integrated cutting table base: Choose a base size and change it without changing bases, increasing work efficiency.

· Scratch & fading prevention function: The book is lifted by the top and bottom clamps, preventing contact with the table, reducing friction, and avoiding the cover from dragging or fading.

·Stacking function (optional): Books are sent to the stacking machine and automatically sorted into piles of the same height before being removed.

· Automatic scraps purge function: The dust and paper scraps will be blown into the waste bin by the blower.

· Automatic lubrication function: The centralized oil supply lubrication system has an alarm when oil pressure is low. It is equipped with a lubricant feeding device to ensure timely and adequate lubrication when the machine is running.

· Side blade cleaning function (optional): An automatic silicon oil spraying mechanism is available to lubricate the side blades, preventing books from sticking together.

· Can be connected to the binding assembly line for paperback and hardcover books or used standalone, suitable for trimming various paperback books, hardcover books, book blocks, and thin books.

Pre-sales Service

We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
