LQ-MD 2500 Series Corrugated Box Making Machine is an ideal box-making machine for carton factories to handle orders with multiple models and small quantities.It integrates paper splitting, slotting, wire pressing, punching, and adhesive dripping (optional). The mechanical structure uses independent servo motor to control each blade system to reduce the order changing time to about 3 seconds and greatly reduces the limitations of the equipment. It can complete the special box type of high and low pressure lines. Currently, more than 120 different box types can be produced.
Features & Advantages
1.Infinitely extended paper feeding and single knife and single servo can produce different functions such as standard boxes / double boxes / head and ground boxes / knife cards/high and low voltage lines / paper separation / pressing lines, etc., and can quickly change orders .
2.The leading edge adopts self-developed servo paper feeding system to protect the cardboard flutes and achieve a compression-resistant effect.
3.The mechanical structure uses independent servo motor to control each blade system, completes the tool arrangement function and realizes quick order change in about 3 seconds . It can be connected to WMS , scan QR code to change orders, etc.
4.The crimping line width and tongue size can be adjusted automatically .
5.The equipment is equipped with a safety door switch to ensure the safety of operators.

Pre-sales Service
We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.
In-sales Service
The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.
After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
