TYM1450-HRv800 automatic deep embossing foil-stamping and die- cutting machine is mainly used for the die-cutting, creasing, foil stamping, cold and hot embossing of cigarette box, drug box, wine box and label in the packing and decorating industries. This kind of machine incorporated with fully automatic feeding, die-cutting, stamping, delivering foil, delivering sheet, up-press down-press, stamping foil stepping, leap step, counting, heating, pre-heating, obstace indicating, checking and measuring. It has the features of large range of paper processing, easy operating, reliability, high speed, press and precision.

Technical Feature

1. First time show the big size Automatic Foil-stamping and Die-cutting machine. Equipped with 4pcs longitudinal foil shaft and 3pcs lateral foil shaft, which make the step setting more flexible for the big size foil stamping.
2. Max. Foil-stamping Size can be 1450x1050mm.
3. The optimized design of moving platform extends the pressure holding time for the stamping by 80%, and the embossing pressure can reach up to 800 tons, making it easy to complete large-scale embossing.
4. The mainframe wallboard adopts the design of thickening high quality cast iron wallboard with thickened and reinforced ribs,so that the equipment can withstand heavy pressure.
5. The four arm is with 120mm wide and the diameter of worm shaft is 480mm, which make the pressure more stable.
6. The four corners of the platform adopt the balanced booster structure to make the movement of the platform more stable.
7. Using computer automatic calculation, the foil-stamping operation is more convenient, the utilization rate of foil is greatly increased.
8. The foil stamping heating area adopts 24 heating zones to make the heating more uniform. Each temperature zone has a separate closing function to make the small format foil stamping more energy saving and lower operating costs.
9. The die-cutting steel plate is made of imported 7mm material, equipped with the steel plate floating device makes the pulling of steel plate more convenient.
10. The gripper is made of high quality aviation aluminum and with aging treatment to ensure the gripper do not change shape during the high-speed running. Each gripper bar is equipped with 12pcs grippers is better for the thin paper foil stamping.
11. The main drive adopts the Drive Gear box with the imported large center interval mechanism to make the high speed running of the gripper bar more stable. The gripper bar chain adopts the British customized special chain to raise the tensile strength 75% more than the traditional chain, so that the foil stamping precision is more stable and lasting.
12. The front lay adjusting adopts electronic hand wheel structure to make it more safe, convenient and reliable.
13. The side lay fine tuning first time adopts electronic hand wheel structure to make it more safe, convenient and reliable.
14. The delivery part add the structure of the paper receiving fan, and air pressure can be adjusted separately. Matching with the air blowing, which makes the thin paper can be collected orderly at high speed.
15. Adopting external adjustment mechanism to adjust the delivery brush pressure, which is more safe and convenient.
16. Auxiliary paper receiving adopts automatic paper receiving structure, and equipped with electrical control to make the conversion of main and auxiliary paper receiving more convenient.
17. Longitudinal and lateral foil device with automatic rewinding function greatly saves space.
18. Machine is equipped with double interfaces, making man-machine dialogue more convenient.
19. The operation position of longitudinal foil area add the design of safety grating, and it is safer to change the aluminum foil.
20. Feeding unit adopt imported synchronous belt with advanced feeder makes the large paper processing more stable.

Our Services

Pre-sales Service
We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service
The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
