A.The Unwind Stands section

 Due to the particularity of color-coded tracking and the diversity of customer needs, a set of shaftless hydraulic paper holders is used, and a fully automatic tension controller is arranged to stabilize the paper feeding force during the cutting process and ensure the cutting precision. The paper roll is sent to the side of the paper frame through the guide rail, and the hydraulic paper is used, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the worker and save the paper assist time. The hydraulic rocker arm can control the movement of the paper roll in the left and right direction. Our company has partially modified the design of the original paperboard part according to the relevant requirements of your company. Firstly, the coder is installed in the bridge part, and the paper surface is marked when the paper roll passes the bridge part, which facilitates the color tracking of the paper feeding part. Cutting the identification of the sensor to achieve precise cutting; because some of your paper rolls need to be coded and re-rolled, we install two motors (one for each group) on the paper carrier arm, and the two motors are linked. One is responsible for unwinding, the other is responsible for collecting coupons, one roll of paper can be loaded at a time, and the other side of the motor of the paper-frame arm is equipped with a disc-type multi-point pneumatic brake, which has a strong brake function. B. Paper passing, bending leveling and fully automatic tension control

B-1 Paper roll
The multi-roll paper is taken out from the paper tray, and the unevenness and the air gap which may exist in the base paper are flattened and pressed by the paper-feeding roller through the paper roller, so that the paper entering the cutting portion is flat.
The paper roll is a chrome-plated steel roll that has been tested for balance. The roller surface is smooth and wear-resistant, with good balance and long service life.
B-2 PLC Fully automatic tension control system
Tension control has an important relationship to ensure the accuracy and speed of the cutting. After the leveling of the original paper into the company, the size of the monitoring coil is used, and the tension of the paper roll is automatically adjusted by the PLC control system.
The principle is as follows:
 The paper machine tension control system adopts the roll diameter calculation type tension control mode, and the paper rack speed data is collected by the PLC, and the winding diameter calculation of the paper roll is completed by the line speed of the whole machine. The user only needs to set the working pressure of the brake when the maximum working diameter of the paper roll and the minimum diameter of the paper roll. The tension control system will automatically calculate the curve of the winding diameter and the brake pressure, and automatically according to the winding diameter of the paper rolls of multiple sets of paper frames. Adjusting the brake air pressure ensures that the paper roll has a constant tension from large to small during operation, and multiple sets of paper roll papers are independently calculated, allowing a stable and constant tension to be obtained under different roll diameters of multiple sets of paper rolls.
In the control system, the open-loop unwinding tension is used, and a photoelectric sensor is mounted on each paper holder to instantly measure the diameter of the paper roll, according to the speed of the pulling roller (accurate speed measurement by adding an encoder), the paper roll The speed and the diameter of the traction roller are used to calculate the change of the winding diameter of the paper roll, and then the output value of the tension is given according to the change of the winding diameter. The linear table is as follows:
Example 1: If the large roll diameter is 1500mm, the tension output is 3KG, the small roll diameter is 200mm, and the corresponding tension output is 0.5KG (in the case of heavy paper weight), the following tension system output change diagram can be obtained, and the change trend is As the arrow indicates, as the roll diameter of the paper roll becomes smaller, the tension becomes smaller to accommodate the operation of the whole machine.


Example 2: If the large roll diameter is 1500mm, the tension output is 1.5KG, the small roll diameter is 200mm, and the corresponding tension output is 0.1KG (usually used in the case of low paper count), the following tension system output change diagram can be obtained:

As the picture shows. We can see that the tension is also changing as the roll diameter changes.
B-4 Curved paper roll leveling device
Paper machine and rewinding machine paper, due to the winding of the paper roll under gravity, the paper formed near the core portion is severely bent and deformed, which affects the accuracy of the flat sheet slitting, so that a large amount of finished paper near the paper core is scrapped. This machine is equipped with two sets of electric anti-bending devices (one set per roll), which is operated by a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is stabilized by ball bearings and attached to the linear guides at both ends to ensure vertical leveling. Force, and can be adjusted up and down by the motor drive, which can play a good leveling role. (As shown below)


C.The Cutter/ Sheeter Section
After bending and leveling and tension control, the paper is pressed into the cutting unit and the roller is pressed into the cutting unit, and then enters the cutting part.
C-1 Trimming device (optional)
The pneumatic tool holder is mounted on the tool holder with the dovetail guide rail to ensure the rigidity of the tool holder. The user can move the pneumatic tool holder to the desired position on the tool holder according to the size to be processed, and start the upper tool holder air valve to perform the tool setting of the upper and lower blades. Fix the upper and lower tool holders after fine adjustment. The lower blade is mechanically driven by a pulley drive system coupled to the main take-up roller. The desired effect can be achieved by trimming in the paper feed direction. (As shown below)
