Features
1.Proof: through the offline detection svstem to collect hiah-precision images of printed product and compare them with paf files, camy out automatic inspection of the integrity of printed content, and find printing defects such as plate scratches, missing words, and text content errors.

2.Spot check: The off-line inspection system is used to spot check the products in the printing process to prevent continuous scrap.

3.One controlling multiples: one quality inspection machine can control six printing machines.

4.It can realize simultaneous inspection of front and back or multiple pages.

5.The quality control can be camied out from the source, and the printed plate-making documents can be used to check the printed content, so as to prevent printing defects from pre-printing to the printing process.

6.QC personnel cary out spot check and check the test results. The data check results can be sent to the machine to remind the captain to pay attention to relevant defect information and prevent false inspection caused by visual fatigue, and improve machine working efficiency.

7.The system adopts intelligent (non) modeling, which is ready to use when opening it; one standard sample can be used for sample comparison.

8.Simple operation, it can be used after simple training.

Pre-sales Service

We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
