The equipment can be combined with automatic screen printing machine to form a multi-functional production line, which can carry out ice flower, snowflake wrinkle process, cold ironing process, laser transfer process, UV curing process, etc.

1. Ice flower snowflake wrinkle process: the production line of the ironing machine is equipped with snowflake UV lamp and wrinkle lamp, which can detonate and wrinkle the snowflake wrinkle varnish. This process is widely used in cigarettes, wine, cosmetics and all kinds of medium and high-grade gift boxes.

2. Cold ironing process: the cold ironing machine production line can carry out local fine cold ironing metal effect on paper, sheet, tinplate and aluminum plate. Through the characteristics of silk screen printing, it can also make relief bronzing effect with strong convex feeling, and can also be used for offset printing after ironing.

3. The cold ironing machine production line can carry out local laser transfer effect on paper, sheet, tinplate and aluminum plate, making the products look more high-grade and beautiful.

4. In addition to the above processes, the cold ironing machine production line can also be used for UV curing alone to meet the functional requirements of ordinary UV curing of customers.
