Ⅲ Modular design is with good expansibility. Each carton has corresponding independent accessories. Customer just increases accessories to complete all kinds of carton gluing instead of reinvesting on machine. Company has technical support on carton library including thousands of cartons and expansion support on accessory library of corresponding carton. Change carton just need change accessories;

 

Ⅳ Machine is with good rigidity, strength and stability. Machine structure is made strengthening design, and motion shaft uses 60mm linear shaft with self-lubricating bearing; bearing, electrical parts are all used import or joined venture brand.

 

Ⅴ Firstly adopting poly V-belt drive is with stable transmission, low noise and high precision;

 

Ⅵ Lengthening design of pre-folding section and closing section is the longest structure in similar machines: 1. large space is easy to add accessories for expansion; 2. carton runs stable and fast during pre-folding and opening process with better carton result, high folding precision and good adaption;

Optional: Automatic Adjustment Module

We have an automatic drive unit for each carrier, it can be adjusted automatically with HT200 operating system. The system can automatically save all processed produce date for the next processing. When you need just put one key, all carrier will be automatically moved to the first position.

Our Services

Pre-sales Service

We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
