 LQ-FHG-Medium Speed Dry Laminating Machine
 

  • Main Structure:
      (1) 1st unwind photoelectric EPC, air expanding shaft, 5kg magnetic powder detent, auto tension control
      (2) 2st unwinder air expanding shaft, 5kg magnetic powder detent, auto tension control
      (3) Rewind: air expanding shaft, 4KW ABB motor, Japanese YASKAWA  (H1000)
      (4) Independent coating motor, inverter circuit synchronize control. 
      Doctor blade glue cutting, inching: ±5mm, Doctor blade pressure: 10-100kg.
      (5) First second unwind and oven tension is controlled by PLC. First and second unwind tension is controlled by pressure sensor. 
      (6) Whole machine use 5.7' touch screen.
      (7) Coating unit: laminating roller diameter: 320mm Impression glue roller diameter: 170mm (A) 90º-95º The water in the laminating roller is heated by electricity, and  recirculating. (Power 9kw) Laminate pressure is 500KG (when pressure 0.5 Mpa) The two motors: 4kw and 4kw Panasonic inverter and glue inverter are working synchronously by numerical circuit and dance roller.
      (8) First unwind and second unwind and rewind is single station.
     
    2. Cooling device:
      (1) The diameter of cooling roller is 120mm, and it runs synchronously withthe main machine, which assures the constant tension.
      (2) Compulsory water cooling circulation, with extraordinary good cooling effects.
      (3) Compulsory water coolingin the cooling roller
      (4) The water pressure>3kg/ cm²
      (5) The water temperature <18-25ºC
     
    3. Oven unit:
      (1) Oven length: 8000mm, highest temperature: 80ºC (room 20ºC)
      (2) 3 phase independent heating in the oven
      (3) Guiding roller in the oven work synchronously with main machine.
      (4) 18 nozzles design for dry source.
      (5) Blower power 2.2kw*3, max volume 2000 m³/n.
      (6) EPC at exit of the oven
     
    4. Functions and features:
      (1) Circulated wind saves energy.
      (2) Special design in the wind blowing to volatilize the solvent.
      (3) Negative pressure design, good warm preservation ability.
      (4) Independent zone with auto constant temperature control, facilities the solvent volatilization. 
      (5) Fast blowing speed, witch creates low temperature fast drying method.
      (6) The front part blowing pipes out the volatilized solvent, so the waste gaswon't return to the second circulation.
      (7) Pipes are equipped in the coating unit to pipe out the waste gas. Improve the working environment.
      (8) Guiding roller in the oven work synchronously with main machine. Less twist in the material
