Product Description

Brief Introduction:
This series mixer is widely applied for pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical, colorant, forage, chemical fertilizer industries, etc., It is especially suitable for mixing large-tonnage(1000L-10000L) solid materials.
Structures and Working Principle:
This series mixer is mainly composed of three parts of barrel, swing span and frame. The barrel is installed on the swing span. It is propped up by four trolley wheels and positioned by two catch wheels in the axial direction. Among the four wheels, two driving wheels are driven by rotating power system and force the barrel rotate. The swing span is installed on the frame, it is propped up by bearing components and driven by one set of crank rocker mechanism.
The mixing barrel is in cylindrical shape and has no stirring device inside. The barrel rotates around its symmetry axis and swings around its horizontal axis   simultaneously, that could make the material inside the barrel have the effects of diffusive mixing and moving mixing. The outlet deviates the central line of the barrel which make the machine have the features of quick mixing, high output and easy to discharge.
