Introduction
This set of machine is suitable for single-sheet of RFID tag, card and so on, which owns automatic sheet-splitting, detection, writing-coding, UV inkjet, OCR comparison detection. Moreover, its intelligent separation structure could make material separate more efficiently and it also has the conveyor belt with auto-suction air.
This machine has this function that is automatic kicking-off-waste and also adopts four independent card-reader to control, which could define reading-coding, writing-coding, Encryption unlock, detection function, OCR to realize the uniformity for bar-code and EPC.
To divide qualified products and unqualified products into different conveyor could guarantee the waste not to mix into the next station. The intelligent stacking and counting separation-pile are easy to pack. Therefore, this machine uses modularization management so as to select suitable optional functions for customers.

1.It could add website, Logo and picture in the ink-jetted QR code.

3. It also could add specific prefix or suffix in the ink-jetted content according to different demands for different customers.
-The tag reading& writing module group
1. It could set ink-jet content to match up with the content of the tag and also could read different information
from database. Meanwhile, the ink-jet content could be set from any module of data.
2. It also could set to skip wrong tag not to operate then the tag data will be transferred to write.

1.RFID garment-tag UV ink-jet digital machine is an automatic machine, which integrate reading, writing and ink-jetting into one equipment specially for garment tag industry.
2.RFID reader& writer is configured with 2-7 module of read& write to realize reading, writing, locking and so on. Also this machine comes with visual detection system that kick off some waste automatically while comparing and inspecting ink-jetted surface of products.

Pre-sales Service

In-sales Service
The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.
After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
